These terms describe the current K-beauty pre-order concierge MVP. A request is not a quote, payment, or pickup reservation.

Launch status: business registration, mail-order requirements, consumer-protection coverage, support details, and the exact pickup location and slots are not yet confirmed. They will be finalized and published before launch. Customer submission and payment are currently disabled.

1. Service scope

We purchase ordinary cosmetics from domestic Korean online sellers only.

2. A complete request

Each SKU must include at least one product URL, an identifiable product photo, or direct product details.

3. Price display and quote

Before payment, the quote separates confirmed goods cost, domestic seller shipping, one fixed concierge fee, and the total.

4. Pickup preference

Initial pickup is reservation-based in the Hongdae / Hapjeong area.

5. No substitution and evidence

If a seller is out of stock or an item cannot be procured, we do not silently replace it.

6. Items to confirm before launch

The business operator information and other launch details are still unconfirmed.
